Training

Being a Personal Trainer and Physiotherapist taught me how important it is to keep our body fit and strong regardless of the sport you are doing. 

Any sport that you are performing, especially on the higher level, require individually fitted training program to maximize your results, to keep you in a good shape and avoid injuries.

Customized Training Program will help you prevent injuries, make you stronger and healthier and will play a key part to perform better on the water. Not mentioning, that your overall fitness and wellbeing will be on the higher level. Your training should be a mix of strengthening, stretching & mobility exercises.
